For millennia an alien race has come to earth and those who survive the journey have assimilated themselves into civil society, with the aim to help protect the planet from itself.

A cabal of nation states and conglomerates agreed these invaders needed controlling or culling. They hunted them down, narrowing their scope to a handful of hotspots around the globe.

Their gateways uncovered, a fresh way of intercepting them upon arrival was instigated. 'Shackville' is one such site, a British trailer park, where aliens are intercepted and trained to be human.
