Four Venezuelans in their late-teens try to figure out a path to adulthood while being constantly sabotaged by the chaos of a surreal, messed-up post nuclear meltdown, mutant, Caracas.

There, normal first-time growing-up stuff like buying a condom or having an abortion, become epic adventures that highlight the sometimes hilarious sometimes dramatic contradictions of a city in a long term love-hate relationship with the crisis.
